We are committed to providing every user with high-quality, intelligent astrology services. Once an order is confirmed and the analysis service has been delivered, the related fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
1.系统技术故障导致服务无法完成
Service could not be completed due to a technical system error.
2.用户重复付款
Duplicate payment by the user.
3.未经用户同意而产生的异常收费
Unauthorized charges without user consent.

Due to the nature of digital services being instantly delivered, used services are not eligible for a refund under the Consumer Protection Act.
